Also, it would be great for someone waiting for an apartment to open up. The space The apartment includes an oversized bedroom with a full bath, a living room, a kitchenette and a private deck. The bedroom has a queen bed. The kitchenette is furnished with a microwave, toaster, crock pot, air fryer, coffee pot, hot plate and a full-size refrigerator. As of April 2023, the bedroom has a brand-new queen mattress, a brand-new bed frame, a brand new chesser, and newly refurbished nightstand and cedar chest. Guest access You will have access to your bedroom, living room, bath, mini-kitchen and private patio. A laundry room is on the main level. The basement refrigerator is located in the sewing room but is convenient and is a full size. During your stay I will usually be available in the morning and evening. Other things to note Fourteen days minimum and ninety days maximum. I will occasionally use the sewing room but will try to use it only when the guest is out.
