Basement apartment located in Ball Ground Georgia. The apartment is close to Northside Cherokee Hospital, so it is perfect for medical students training at the hospital. Also, it would be great for someone waiting for an apartment to open up. The space The apartment includes an oversized bedroom with a full bath, a living room, a kitchenette and a private deck. The bedroom has a queen bed. The kitchenette is furnished with a microwave, toaster, crock pot, air fryer, coffee pot, hot plate and a full-size refrigerator. As of April 2023, the bedroom has a brand-new queen mattress, a brand-new bed frame, a brand new chesser, and newly refurbished nightstand and cedar chest. Guest access You will have access to your bedroom, living room, bath, mini-kitchen and private patio. A laundry room is on the main level. The basement refrigerator is located in the sewing room but is convenient and is a full size. During your stay I will usually be available in the morning and evening.
