Everything you need to kick back and forget the hustle & bustle. The sanctuary is on the first floor. Head upstairs from your private access. The space Spacious and well equipped beach sanctuary with seamless indoor-outdoor flow to the large deck (from both the master room and the open plan lounge-dining). Relax in the high-ceiling open plan lounge-dining-kitchen with expansive windows, broad sliding doors to deck and plentiful comfortable seating. A toasty fireplace for winter. The generous size master bedroom has a comfortable king bed with quality linen and duvet, plus a large chest of drawers. Drift to sleep with the door open to the private, secure deck. Plus a laptop friendly work space if you have to succumb. From the roomy deck, enjoy elevated views of the north end of Kapiti island and the beach. Cook up delights on the deck’s new Weber barbecue. A deck storage box provides a bundle of colourful cushions and a deck mat for your use. The kitchen facilities is fully equipped with a dishwasher, cooker, stove top, plus new large fridge-freezer and microwave. The bathroom (no bath) with quality bathroom towels, heater and towel heater. A cupboard (just outside the bathroom) has: a clothes rack; extra shelves (with throws); plus a beach basket with beach umbrella, mat & beach towels. Netflix & apple chrome (so you can access your favorite apps - no tv channels), fibre internet, and a Bluetooth UE boom speaker. The sanctuary is on the first floor. It’s a self contained space, with its own private access. The golden sands and rolling waves are just a 50m stroll away. Guest access Parking is on the left hand side of the beginning of the shared driveway (by the tui ceramic), or if you prefer, park on the roadside. Private access is halfway up the driveway, to your front door. The keypad lockbox is on the wall of the house, between the front door and the garage. The code to access the key will be provided on the day of your arrival. Open the front door and head up the staircase to the first floor - Welcome to the Blissful Beach Sanctuary!
