Spacious apartment in Copenhagen with balcony

Great apartment centrally located on a main street in the popular and trendy neighbourhood, Vesterbro. Close to the subway and in walking distance from all the hip restaurants, cafe's, bars and the city center. The beautiful Frederiksberg Garden is also only a short walk away. There is a private balcony that looks out to a cozy green courtyard. Great for enjoying coffee/wine or food on the grill Perfect for people to whom both a great location and the apartments itself matters. The space The apartment consist of 3 rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom and a big balcony. It is located up a small flight of stairs. The bedroom is spacious with a queen size bed. It has glassdoors that open up to the balcony and can let in a lot of light as well there are blackout curtains that allows a good night's sleep. The office consist of a desk overlooking the street and a comfy desk chair. It also have a sofa, that can be turned in to a bed for 1 person. The apartment have a 1000mbps internet connection. The living room is spacious with heigh ceilings and big windows. All rooms contain at least one speaker that can be used for Spotify. 4-6 people can sit at the dining table, and the tv has built in Chromecast to stream from your laptop or phone. The bathroom is much bigger than a typical Copenhagen bathroom with a towel warmer. The kitchen is equipped with all basic amenities including a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. There is a courtyard where you can park your bike. Other things to note I expect that my guests will take care of our things as it was your own. This is our home and not a hotel, so please respect the neighbors.
