The newly renovated flat is on the semi-basement floor with small windows. During the cold winter, you would find the nice warm floor heating comfortable to use. CraftFlat Kalamaja is located on a small alley called Tööstuse, which is only a 10-minute walk to the beautiful Old Town, and an easy 15-minute walk in any direction will take you to a whole different side of the city, including Lennusadam (Pier) and Telliskivi areas.
