Our beautiful 37 m2 apartment is located in a beautiful preserved 17th century building, in the quiet of a pretty courtyard, in the heart of the historic center of Saint-Malo (Intra-Muros). Completely renovated in 2017, it has a very small bedroom with a double bed. The neighborhood, lively during the day, is quiet in the evening. The beaches (5-minute walk), restaurants, bars, shops and the unique atmosphere of the Intra-Muros await you... The space Located on the ground floor of a charming building, this well-renovated apartment offers a pleasant setting for an unforgettable stay in Saint-Malo. With its 37 m2, it is ideal for 2 guests. The apartment is easily accessible, with only a few steps to climb. The accommodation consists of: - a welcoming living room: a sofa, coffee table, TV, table and high chairs + Wi-Fi. - a kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped (dishes, cooking utensils... do not hesitate to consult the list of equipment) - a bedroom consisting of a double bed (140 cm), and a storage closet (wardrobe and shelf) - A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet - The outdoor space is common to the building: you can enjoy it freely and can sit at the small table in front of the entrance to the accommodation. The courtyard is wooded and protected from street noise by a high wall. Note: the fireplace is decorative, it is no longer functional. The "equipment list" of this ad is up to date: feel free to read it. Upon arrival, the beds will be made. No need to clutter your luggage, you will also find on site: - a large towel and a small towel per person, a bath mat and two dish towels in the kitchen. - the first consumables (two rolls of toilet paper, first garbage bags, groceries, dishwashing liquid and sponge, cleaning products).
