Our apartment house with all of its facilities is a perfect place for family holidays. The house is next to the beach and we offer you a wide range of outdoor activities, including the outdoor pool and a private tennis court. The location of the house allows you day trips to some of Croatia's most beautiful places, such as Plitvice Lakes. This is a family estate, and we are all happy to assist you in any way possible, our guests can always reach us via e-mail or the phone. The space Our beautiful apartment house with all of its facilities offers you a perfect holiday experience. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, with a private beach, it grants you complete privacy and serenity. We have 4 apartments – 2 apartments suitable for 6 people (90m2) and 2 apartments for 4 (60 m2). Each apartment has its own entrance, a terrace and is fully equiped for everyday needs. For those who enjoy an active vacation, it is a perfect place since a private pool and a private tennis court are at your disposal, as well as ping-pong table and billiard. Hiking routes, adrenalin park and horse riding is just a 20-40 minutes car ride away. By the tennis court, there is a big barbecue for you to use and in our courtyard there are a few big outdoor dinner tables where you can enjoy your dinners. In the pool house you can relax during the day, or spend your evenings socializing without fearing the noise would disturb those sleeping. In the pool house there is a bar, mini-kitchen, refrigerator, TV and table football. The pool is illuminated. Also, the house is situated in a perfect location if you like one-day trips since the ferries for the island of Pag and the island of Rab are in the near proximity, Plitvice lakes and Zadar are about 100 km away. A1 apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a wardrobe, one with 2 single beds and a wardrobe, also there is a double bed in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric cooktop, coffee machine, toaster. Wi-Fi is free. Air condition can be used upon request with additional charge. The washing machine can also be used upon request with additional charge. Other things to note Due to maintenace requirements we have set arrival day on Saturday, departure days on Friday or Saturday and a minimum stay of 6 nights. However, for guest who wish to prolong their stay with us, but for less than 13-14 days overall, please contact us so we can see whether such arrangements can be made. The same applies for those who wish to stay for less than 6 days. Our apartments are available for rent from 1.6.-30.9.
