Stylish apartment with secure parking near town

Our chic and spacious ground-floor apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the charming historic center of Shrewsbury, where you’ll find an array of bars, restaurants, and unique independent shops to explore. The location and stylish interior makes this apartment perfect for couples, friends, families or professionals visiting the area. Plus, we’ve designed the space with wide corridors to accommodate guests with limited mobility, ensuring everyone can enjoy the beauty of our picturesque town. The space The apartment is tailored for contemporary living and boasts two spacious bedrooms, both featuring comfortable double beds. The master suite comes complete with an en-suite, equipped with a walk-in rain shower and there is plenty of wardrobe storage and a dressing table. The second bedroom, with a comfortable double bed, also offers plentiful wardrobe and storage space. Additionally, the apartment has a family bathroom with a stand-alone bath where you can unwind, and even watch a little TV while relaxing in the bath. It also has a second walk-in rain shower for your convenience. The main living area boasts a spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living room space, including a wine fridge. For those needing to stay connected, our high-speed broadband is ideal for blending work and leisure during your visit. There is one secure car parking space behind an electric gate. This is suitable for a car or small van but not suitable for a large van or truck, there simply isn't the room. However please once you have settled, you'll discover everything you might require is just a short stroll away from the apartment. Guest access The apartment is on the ground floor and does have shared access into the building. The corridors are wide and does give good access for those with limited moblity. Other things to note If you are traveling by bike, we do have a bike shed. If you would like a late check-out, we’re happy to offer this (this is subject to availability of our cleaning team) for an additional fee of £35, up to 1pm. After 1 pm, we will have to charge a further night's stay. Travel cot with mattress (£20 fee ) and high chair (£10 fee) are available to hire separately, on request. Please advise when you book so we can arrange. Please note that linen is not provided for the travel cot. Guests are required to bring their own cot bedding and linen. Our TV is a SMART TV. Please feel free to log into your own internet accounts but remember to log out before you leave. We ask you not to smoke or vape in the property. If you do outside, please remember to discard your cigarette ends responsibly in the bin and not on the floor. We have one allocated parking space that will fit a medium-sized car or small van. We can't accept a large van, there simply isn't the space. Please only park in this space. If you do require further parking, please let us know and we can advise. This is subject to availability. DURING YOUR STAY My property management team will be available 24/7 via Airbnb, email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.
