Only 6 mins walk to MBIS free bus stop (15 mins bus ride) or 10 mins drive to the slopes and Ardent ski lift, with speedy access to the heart of the 650km PDS ski area and equal distance to the centre of Morzine. South facing, it is bright all day long with a hot tub to enjoy the mountain views. The space The chalet sleeps 10 - comprising 4 en suite bedrooms, all with a balcony or terrace. The open plan, high ceilinged living area includes a dining area plus 2 large sofas focusing around a glass enclosed fireplace where you can relax at the end of a hard day on the slopes and enjoy the view. The living area opens out to a balcony and private terrace with exceptional views. There is a separate snug with flat screen TV with UK freeview channels and ability to access your own Amazon Prime & Netflix account. (NB - NO French TV channels), Wi-Fi, Sonos on the top floor and master bedroom. Downstairs, the ski room is well equipped with heated boot/glove rack and the utility room has 2 x washing machine/dryers. There is also a small office with a wireless printer. There is an outdoor hot tub on the terrace with views of the Pleney & Nyon. NB please be aware that there is a 5ft drop from the sundeck at the back of the chalet where the hot tub is located, so young children should be supervised at all times. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents occurring within the property - particular care must be taken with hot tubs, fire places, chimney and staircase; fire-guards and stair-gates are not provided. Location: Set in a residential no through road on the edge of Les Granges hamlet, the chalet is a 15 min walk (5 min drive) to Montriond which has a friendly convenience store, bar, pizza restaurant and ski shop. Due to its residential location, the chalet is ideal for families. Parties and loud music are NOT allowed. Only 6 mins walk to bus stop. MBIS bus takes 15 mins up to Ardent ski lift or 7 mins to Montriond village, where you can change to M bus for onward journey to Morzine. It's less than 10 mins drive and a 15 min bike ride into the bars and restaurants of Morzine. Other things to note MBIS free bus route is only 6 mins walk from chalet, with buses running hourly up to Ardent ski lift (15 mins) or Montriond (7 mins)
