Large wonderfull house with charming garden. 4 bedrooms/ 4 beds. Large modern kitchen family room. 2 large, beautiful bathrooms, as well as 1. smaller. Bright large living room with windows to a beautiful garden. 3x6 meter lovely pool with possibility of heating. Access to garden from both kitchen and living room. In the basement there is a large utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. As well as a billiard/dart room. Close to forest, beach, shopping and restaurants. The space The house is modern and well maintained. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden which has many charming hooks that invite to play, barbecue and "hygge" (cozy). And there is a wonderful pool. The house contains a spacious entrance hall with access to the basement. A large open kitchen with fireplace, a light living room with large window sections and a fireplace. A lovely bedroom with staircase to a completely new bathroom. Two large childrens rooms and office with a bed. In the basement there is a pool table as well as sofas and a tv, and a toilet. Additionally the house contains a large utility room as well as a brand new bathroom. Guest access Acces in all rooms. Other things to note We have a nice cat who will be at home during your stay. It is sweet and kind and would like to be pampered. She pees and cares outside and just needs food and water.
