Gîte de l'Hippodrome (near the Marlioz thermal baths)

The gîte is located at the Aix-les-Bains racecourse, 10 min walk from the Marlioz Thermal Baths. This is the ground floor of our house (we live above with a different entrance) which was completely renovated in 2020. It is 45 m2 and consists of an entrance independent of ours, a hallway, a large, very bright living room with a queen size bed, a sofa, a TV and a fitted kitchen. The toilet is independent of the bathroom. You also have a part of the garden privatized. The space The house dates from 1930 and is an old stable. The Marlioz thermal baths are within walking distance from the house (10 min) by going around the racecourse. Many walks start from our home. Our house is a townhouse (2 km from the center) and unobstructed. The entrance to the racecourse is right across from our gate. The total area of the studio is 45 m2. There is no washing machine in the studio, but we make ours available to you (you just have to give us your dirty laundry, and we will bring it back to you clean and ready to be hung out by you). Guest access Access to a private outdoor courtyard just for you. Two chairs and a table are available. This courtyard can also be used to park your car inside the property. You can also park it outside in the free adjoining public parking lot. Other things to note We have a very discreet dog who lives with us. She won't have access to your part of the garden or the gate. You won't see her during your stay.
