Finca Toledo Apartment

The Finca on 600 m is situated alone in the mountains, 8 km from the beach and 2 km from the village. The access is a dirt road of 350 m which might be a bit difficult for some drivers, but you can leave the car at the entrance and we transport the luggage. Enjoy nature and silence! We grow fruit trees and herbs for our own consumption, all organic and produce our energy with sun and wind. The space The Apartment has a bedroom with a 1,60m bed and a quality latex matress. Large windows and a corner to sit and read, play, talk makes it an extra living room. A second bedroom with a similar bed. is aside. A few stairs up outside you will find a bathrooom with an extra bidet and a spatious shower. Next door is the living room with an well equiped open kitchen, another bed/sofa of optional 1,40m and a chimney. Two doors open into the garden, and a terrace with a bench and a big table invites to live outside. Another sun-terrace with ocean views is nearby. All furniture is handmade of solid wood. The place is perfect for one or two couples or a family or other four people who do not mind sleeping in one bed. We have got an additional matress for one person to put on the floor if anybody prefers to sleep alone. And we have got a wooden baby bed and a high stool, we charge 10€ per night for this service. Guest access Guests may use all the herbs growing in the garden and also the spring. We have two yoga mats and a hammock to put between two pines. Guests should feel free to jump into the pool whenever they want. An hot outdoor bathtub can be used as agreed, which is a delight in the starry night. We charge 10 € for gas and maintenance. There is a small barbecue, which may be used when there is no wind. There is no TV but DVDs and books, both german and english. There is 4G in our zone; we have a mobile wifi. Other things to note We charge for a wooden baby bed and a high stool, towels and blankets an extra of 10€ per night. For using the washing machine we charge 5€, the outdoor bathtub 10€.
