Warm Mineral Springs, the fabled Fountain of Youth, is only 40 minutes away. World-class beaches( Siesta Beach just rated # 1) are 15 minutes away. Saltwater & freshwater fishing is close by as well as boat rentals, sailing, bike trails, paddle boarding, wind surfing, 55 golf courses in Sarasota county and many tennis courts. Botanical gardens, aquariums, museums, live performances, symphony, opera and ballet are all available. There is easy access to outlet malls and major shopping and very close to Benderson Park rowing facility. I can accommodate two teammates of rowing squadrons Come and enjoy Paradise!
