Charming apartment on the hills of Santa Margherita Ligure, in the pretty village of San Lorenzo della Costa, situated on a ridge of the Mount of Portofino, and overlooking the wonderful Tigullio Gulf. Perfect place to reach Cinque Terre, Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure (10 MINUTES BY CAR) and Camogli, and then to relax away from the crowds and soak into our local culture. A beautiful footpath will lead you to Santa Margherita Ligure in 30 minutes. The space The apartment is approximately 80 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 guests, making it perfect for families or small groups who appreciate space and comfort. It consists of: 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom 1 spacious living room with sofa bed 1 fully equipped kitchen 1 balcony For comfort and quality of stay, the maximum number of guests is 6. The atmosphere is unique thanks to the beautiful frescoed ceilings dating back to the second half of the 19th century, restored original doors, handmade details, and vintage furniture that give the space character, elegance, and authenticity. Location The apartment faces Via Aurelia (see photos) and is well connected to the main towns of the Tigullio area. You can move around by car or there is also an efficient bus service connecting the area to the beach and nearby towns, with increased frequency during the summer season. Near our garden there is a play ground where your children can play :) On the ground floor of the building there is a traditional restaurant where you can enjoy local specialties without needing to drive for dinner. Guest access The apartment is entirely at your exclusive disposal. Guests have full access to the apartment, which is private and not shared. The garden is shared with guests staying in a second apartment within the property and us. A private parking space is available about 50 meters from the entrance, next to the garden, you can see a picture of it on the listing. Other things to note Please ask if you need a CRIB or a HIGH CHAIR for your little kid, we will be glad to provide them to you. TOURISTS TAX ALL YEAR : 4 euros per person, per day, to pay in cash at your arrival. Free for children under 15 years old. At your arrival, we kindly ask you to sign up a short rental contract, where are listed all the facilities that you can find inside the apartment. During spring /summer time.
