Welcome to my Italian house! The scenery is a UNESCO protected World Heritage site with amazing views on the surrounding hills and mountains. You will have exclusive access to this 130m2 independent apartment, equipped with all the comforts of a modern country house. Perfect for all kinds of families with - full kitchen with a big, airy open space and AC - luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms - private terrace and balcony - spectacular views from your bedroom, bathroom, and multiple seating areas. The space The apartment can comfortably host up to eight (8) guests and it's ideal for 2 families with kids. It includes: - 2 bathrooms * - spacious and well-equipped open space kitchen/living room. - private entrance - a spacious and fully-equipped open space kitchen/living room with split AC - one bedroom with a double bed and an en suite -bathroom* with a bathtub - one bedroom with a double bed and its own roomy outdoor terrace with a spectacular view - one bedroom with two double deck beds sleeping four guests The bedrooms are cooled by fans. Many large windows and several unusually large glass doors make the apartment unusually light and bright during the day. Lots of warm LED floor and table lamps throughout the apartment make the apartment pleasant and cozy after dark. The kitchen counters have bright lights for meal preparation. To get to the apartment one has to use stairs so it is not suitable for individuals with restricted mobility. The outdoor areas include a grill area, a stock tank pool and sun-beds with shades. Guest access Independent access to the apartment and to bedrooms according to the number of registered guests. Parking space in the protected courtyard. Shared outdoor space in the front garden with its pergola table and benches, and the backyard with grill and picnic station and stock tank pool for cooling in the summer. Other things to note EXTRA OCCASIONAL GUESTS AFTER BOOKING YOUR STAY: You are welcome to have additional occasional guests stay at the apartment during your visit, up to a total of eight occupants at a time. An additional fee will apply for overnight guests not included in your original booking. Please contact the host for details. TRIVIALITIES: This used to be my grandparents' house, a special and secure place where I grew up as a very happy child. Having spent most of my adulthood living abroad, I decided to pay a tribute to my family and set here my special hideaway, enjoy the magnificent views and share them with friends and loved ones.
