With over 130 m² of private living space, Casa del Palio comfortably welcomes couples, families and groups of friends without ever feeling crowded. The space With over 130 m² of living space, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and is ideal for two families or groups of friends travelling together. The apartment includes: Private entrance Spacious open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning Two modern bathrooms* One double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom* and bathtub One double bedroom with direct access to a private panoramic terrace One bedroom with two bunk beds accommodating up to four guests The living area is air-conditioned, while the bedrooms are kept comfortable with ceiling and portable fans. Large windows and generous glass doors fill the interiors with natural daylight, while warm LED lighting creates a cosy atmosphere in the evenings. Bright task lighting in the kitchen makes cooking comfortable at any time of day. Please note that access to the apartment is via stairs, making it unsuitable for guests with limited mobility. Outside, guests can enjoy the shared garden, barbecue area, plunge pool for cooling off during the summer, and several sunny and shaded seating areas overlooking the surrounding countryside. Guest access Independent access to the apartment. Bedrooms will be prepared and made available according to the number of registered overnight guests included in the reservation. If additional overnight guests are added during your stay, please update your reservation through Airbnb before their arrival so the appropriate bedroom can be prepared. Private parking is available within the enclosed courtyard. Guests also have access to the shared outdoor areas, including the front garden with its pergola, dining table and benches, and the backyard with a barbecue, picnic area, and a refreshing plunge pool for cooling off during the summer. After many years living abroad, I decided to lovingly restore it as my own retreat: a place to relax, enjoy the magnificent UNESCO vineyard landscape, and create lasting memories with family and friends. Today, it is my pleasure to share this home with guests who appreciate its character, its history, and the beauty of the surrounding countryside. I only ask that it be treated with the same care and respect with which it has been looked after by my family for generations. EXTRA OCCASIONAL OVERNIGHT GUESTS You're very welcome to have additional friends or family stay at the apartment during your visit, up to the maximum occupancy of 8 registered overnight guests. The accommodation price is based on the maximum overnight occupancy declared in your Airbnb reservation. If additional overnight guests will join your stay—even for just one or a few nights—please contact me before their arrival. Your reservation will simply be updated through Airbnb to reflect the highest overnight occupancy during your stay, and the corresponding accommodation price adjustment will apply. Failure to declare additional overnight guests before their arrival may result in additional charges through Airbnb or cancellation of the reservation in accordance with Airbnb policies.
