1st FL (no steps), 3BR, 2BA condo unit 112C in Village at Bear Trap Dunes resort. Washer/dryer, well-equipped kitchen, deck, screened porch, terrace, 4 flat screen TVs, WIFI, DVD player, Netflix, grill, golf, indoor/outdoor pools, tot lots, gym, tennis, saunas, hot tub, restaurant/bar, close to beach, beach shuttle. Great for jogging, walking, biking, rollerblading. The space The community is truly beautiful and surrounded by picturesque golf course and pond views. Condo is nicely decorated and very well equipped. Great porches for outside dining and relaxing. First floor so no steps to drag suitcases, coolers, etc. up and down. The place has a good vibe! Beds include 1 king, 1 queen, 2 doubles, and queen sleep sofa. Great neighborhood for walking/running, biking, or rollerblading. Community Center has a gym, indoor pool, 2 saunas, & hot tub. 2 heated outdoor pools open in summer. Per person fee for weekly pass for amenities (changes seasonally - just ask). Also, tot lots, basketball court, one hard surface and 4 har-tru tennis courts. Guest access Close to the beach and only a short drive to Rehobeth outlets and Ocean City, MD. Community is loaded with amenities. Wonderful for biking, walking, rollerblading. No steps, so great access for wheelchairs, strollers, suitcases, coolers, etc. Other things to note The restaurant has great food and a lovely patio for outside dining. Sorry, but I don't rent to senior week or spring break guests. Also, I only rent full weeks (Saturday to Saturday) from mid June to mid August. There is open parking available in the neighborhood parking lots. Town ordinance allows 1 vehicle per bedroom (3). Campers and boats are not allowed.
