The Gordons Bed & Breakfast

Our 1800's home is quiet with knotty pine bedroom, queen bed, quilts, carpeting, pottery, mission furniture and bathroom with walk-in shower. It is handicapped accessible with pantry, kitchen & breakfast room not shared. There is a coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, toaster & tea kettle with teas, coffees & bottled water. ( There are no cooking privileges nor do I cook breakfast ) Guests can bring in prepared foods and there are plenty of dishes and silverware and dishwasher use. The space Our sleepy rural town can furnish your needs with many services and privately owned shops and restaurants. Northtown Center has chains & Walmart. Sparta is 15 miles from historic Mississippi river and 5 miles from Illinois' World Shooting & Recreational Complex. We look forward to making our guests feel safe, comfortable and rested at The Gordons Bed & Breakfast. Guest access Guest have excess to 5 rooms, bedroom, bath, pantry, kitchen and breakfast room all to themselves. During your stay My husband and I live a few minutes away and are always available by phone or text day or night. We will help accommodate requests or questions quickly. Guests can arrive at any time after 1:00pm. The code to the keypad entrance will be given after transaction is complete. Other things to note Cooking is not permitted but guests are welcome to bring in prepared foods. Full size refrigerator, microwave, tea kettle and coffee maker are provided to make snacks. Parking is not permitted on carport to avoid collision with the porch to west. Entrance for rental guests is under the carport and has a ramp for luggage and easy access. Guests may park on the driveway or on the paved space at the other end of carport. Both places are very close to entrance.
