THINGS TO NOTE – AKA “READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK” 🚗 PARKING: A GLORIOUS, CHAOTIC ADVENTURE We have 4 parking spots (2 driveway, 2 garage), available first come, first served. That means we DO NOT guarantee a spot, especially if you roll up in an XL truck or a tank disguised as an SUV. This is the city—parking is a sport, and small cars usually win. If you drive a behemoth, prepare for a street-parking safari. 🏡 WELCOME TO CO-LIVING: AKA, DON’T BE “THAT” ROOMMATE This is a shared home, not a frat house or a one-person kingdom. If you're a tornado in the kitchen or allergic to tidiness, this isn’t the place for you. This is a co-living home, and we keep things quiet, safe, and organized by not allowing outside guests. Your out-of-town friend wants to crash for a night? Nope. Your Tinder date wants to “just come up for a minute”? Also no. If we make exceptions, suddenly everyone has a plus-one, and trust me—you don’t want to deal with the extra noise, mess, and parking nightmares that would follow. Still with us? Awesome. You sound like our kind of guest—we’d love to have you at BAYHAUS! 🚀 Guest access Guests are welcome to use the shared kitchen, livingroom, and laundry room. Please make sure to only use the bathroom in your room however- the other bathrooms are reserved for other guests. The house is well organized and thoughtfully laid out. You will have a designated cabinet to store your food and kitchen items. During your stay I may or may not see you, but am around via text and phone during normal business hours. The homeowner lives on site. Other things to note The communal areas of the house (kitchen, livingroom, and floors) are cleaned on a weekly basis. Your cleaning fee covers this weekly servicing, as well as shared supplies such as paper goods, soaps, cleaning supplies etc. Your room will be professionally cleaned before you arrival, and after your departure. Our house is a calm and quiet oasis. It is an excellent fit for someone who gets along well with others, and appreciates a tidy, calm, and organized space. Please note that we will not be able to give refunds or date changes beyond our cancellation policy.
