Kildonan is situated in the seaside village of Hopeman, Moray. Guests will have sole use of 3 double bedrooms, spacious lounge, kitchen, bathrooms, utility room and formal dining room. Owners Lounge, Bedroom and box room will be locked during guest stays. It is close to 2 general stores, 2 pubs, butchers, Cafe, ice cream shop, chip shop, gift shop, post office and Chinese takeaway. The house is 5 mins walk to the beach and 1 min walk to Bus stop which can connect to either Elgin or Burghead. The space Large deck and BBQ area in the sunken garden. Large lawn for games. Private lounge and dining room with selection of board games available. Parking available on driveway for 2 cars. Guest access Access to full house(3 bedrooms, private lounge, kitchen, bathrooms, utility and dining room) Owners lounge, box room and bedroom will be locked during guest stays. Use of large garden and patio area. Other things to note Due to large garden including grass, flower beds and vegetable patch. Some maintenance/ care will have to be completed during stays.
