Outside, an inviting outdoor living area awaits you, equipped with a barbecue for memorable outdoor meals, a dining table, garden lounge and sun loungers to relax by the pool. Enjoy the luxury of choosing between a sunny day by the private pool or a getaway to the beach, just 20 minutes away. For nature lovers, the Serra da Arrábida National Park is just 10 minutes away, while the wonders of Lisbon are a 35-minute drive. Casa Das Palmeiras is ready to welcome you for an authentic experience in Portugal. Parking is available at the entrance to the house and on the street. There is a bus stop at the end of the street, with easy access to Setúbal and the beaches. Lisbon Airport is just 35 minutes away. The villa is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, close to all amenities (grocery stores, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.). Check-in time: after 4 p.m. *For late arrivals (after 9 p.m.): We provide a key box, with check-in the next morning. Check-out time: by 10 a.m. *An additional fee will be charged for late check-outs. We offer a number of services to our tenants; please visit our website: Rent Casa Shelter. Bed linen and towels are provided. Please bring towels for use in the pool. Pool towels are available for rent at €5/towel throughout the stay. You will be required to sign a pool liability waiver at check-in. Additional cleaning services can be arranged during your stay upon request at least 2 weeks in advance. We also offer cribs and high chairs for babies. Please contact us for more information.
