Hi & welcome to Amritsar. Our Villa (Vacation Home) located having sleep arrangements of 28 guests is in a gated community near Walmart Amritsar n Amritsar gate , 2 guests will be given one room and so on as 4 rooms for 8 guests n so on FREE DRIVER STAY There is a pool (extra charge Rs 5000 ) overlooks fields thus giving you an amazing view in the early morning Away from the hustle bustle of the city, the calm of this place is perfect for people seeking peace & solace. PARTY PLACE The space *The Place: As mentioned before, the house is located in a gated community and is surrounded by fields. The garden is apt for enjoying your morning tea and there is ample parking space. The Pool is accessible on extra charges to you on prior notice (it takes 5 - 6 hours for it to fill up). The Kitchen is equipped with all equipment and Walmart (Best Price) is at walking distance where you can grab your groceries. *The Room:All five rooms have a king-size bed along with a dressing area and an attached bathroom. For 4 guests two rooms will be given like 2 guests in one room . The windows overlook the fields behind. An extra mattress can be provided in the room for additional persons. The amenities that you can use are: *Essentials (Towels, Soaps & Shampoos, Toilet Papers ) *Fully Equipped Kitchen *Pool (Available from April 1st to October 15th) depends on availability as we provide pool side for private parties too . *WiFi *TV *A/C *Outdoor BOSE Music System *Outdoor & Poolside Furniture *Bar-b-que Grill ** Leg Massager The price above includes: *Use of the above mentioned amenities *Stay in your booked accommodation *Unique Specialty: Being away from the hustle-bustle of the city, my place is perfect for people who want to get away yet be close to the city along with access to all the comfort needs along with having 24x7 electricity back-up NOTE: Food delivery is available from a reputed food chain. Their menu is kept in the kitchen Also small kitchen Menu from a trained cook 👨‍🍳 . Guest access The guests can access their room, the garden, the rooftop, the parking lot and the kitchen , pool can be provided on extra charges of Rs 5000/- per day . Two guests per room will be adjusted , Like if 8 guests 4 rooms will be given . Any damage like smoking in rooms or tobacco throwing , glass broken in pool , will be a penalty of Rs 5000/- . Be polite to staff as we treat our staff as our family, n expect the same respect from the guests too . Other things to note *I can arrange for transportation from the city's airport/railway station for you for extra charges. This will only be available on prior notice at the time of booking. *We don't have a cook at the property however we'll provide you with menu's of restaurants that can deliver. You can cook yourself if you wish. *Please be respectful of the property. Any damage done will be borne by you. *If you're using the pool, please be sure to be in swimming costume (during the periods it is available)
