House Iodes - Aegean Colors

iodes maisonette 65sqm area is a part of Aegean Colors complex. It's situated 200m from the "Ammos" beach with a view of the traditional village. The house is newly built, constructed with respect for Aegean architecture and climatic conditions, and furnished with special equipment. It consists of two levels which are connected by interior wooden staircase and can accommodates up to 5 people. The space The house was first used in the summer of 2016 and is equipped in order to cover most needs of visitors. The main level consists of: * living room/dining room with sofa, dining room table for 4, AC and TV, * fully-equipped kitchen with ceramic stovetop and oven, refrigerator/freezer, coffee-maker, nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and a full set of kitchen utensils, * W.C, * bedroom with double bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and AC, * veranda with a view of the traditional village. The veranda is equipped with a wooden table and chairs. The lower level consists of: * small bedroom with double bed (1.40m x 2.00m) and ceiling fan, * spacious bathroom with built-in shower stall, * vestibule with built-in single bed (0.90m x 2.00m) that can be converted to a sofa when the house accommodates fewer guests. Guest access The house has two entrances, the main entrance (raised ground level) and another entrance on the lower level. There are available parking spaces. Other things to note The house is equipped with a hair dryer and digital operated safe box. Bathroom toiletries and kitchen cleaning products are provided for free.
