- Very large, open apartment (110 sqm) with 2 balconies and lots of amenities (portafilter coffee machine, HD projector, kitchen utensils, etc.) - Our apartment is located in Prenzlauer Berg in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to lively neighborhoods with many restaurants, bars & cafes - Family-friendly: we are happy to share our children's equipment if needed. Private children's playground in the private backyard. - Perfectly accessible by public transport (5 min to U2, Ringbahn, tram) The space This apartment is our private beloved home and not a professional stay. So expect individual furnishings and not a hotel :) Here are more details about our apartment that we would like to share with you: - Spacious apartment with open kitchen & couch corner (>50 sqm) - We have 2 balconies facing north and south. So you can always find a sunny or shady spot for a good morning coffee or a sundowner drink :) - You are welcome to use our beloved accessories, e.g. HD projector, our portafilter espresso machine with its own coffee grinder, our kitchen equipment, etc. - If you are looking for a cozy evening or the weather does not invite you to stroll, you can make yourself comfortable on our couch for a projector movie evening (feel free to use our Netflix /Amazon Prime accounts). - Family-friendly: we are a small, travel-friendly family ourselves and appreciate it when you don't have to carry everything with you. That's why you are welcome to use our children's equipment. Just write what you need and we'll figure out how we can help you. There is also a children's playground in the backyard, which can be seen directly from our north balcony. Perfect for supervising children :) - Our apartment only has floor-to-ceiling windows, so it is very bright and open. If necessary, all windows can be closed with blinds (lightproof in the bedrooms). - Other available equipment: washing machine, dryer, iron, kettle, mixer, washing machine, etc. - Our apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, many families live in the house in a friendly, personal atmosphere. - Right next to our neighborhood are some lively neighborhoods known for their cafes, bars and restaurants and can be reached quickly on foot (Helmholzkiez, Gleimkiez, Mauerpark, Kastanienallee, Kollwitzkiez) - Right across the street from our front door is our favorite house cafe with good coffee and excellent cake (owner is a trained pastry chef). Highly recommend :) - Our apartment is superbly connected by public transport: The U2 stops in front of the front door and goes directly to many tourist highlights (Zoologischer Garten, Alexanderplatz, Gendarmenmarkt, Unter den Linden, Berlin Mitte, etc.). So if you have a jitters before changing trains, you are perfectly served with this subway line. Guest access The whole apartment is your kingdom (except for the children's room, which we lock off for our private belongings). Other things to note Smoking prohibited, please share the quiet, friendly and warm atmosphere of our neighbors :) Upon booking confirmation, we ask you to fill in an online check-in form as required by the 'Bundesmeldegesetz' in Germany as well as an internet use agreement.
