You'll love the location, new renovations, off street parking, and tons of space for your friends and family! The beach and downtown are an easy 10-15 minute walk. This place boasts a full kitchen, a kitchenette, 2 family rooms, laundry, four bedrooms (one with private half bath), 2 full bathrooms, and a pool table! Check out "Amenities" section for full list! Discount for weekly+ bookings! Not suitable for parties (kegs, drinking games, etc.). Saturday & Sunday check-in only in July and August. The house is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood and, while our place is perfect for large and small groups alike, it is not a party house. If you are looking for a place to party (kegs, drinking games, bachelor/bachelorette gatherings, etc.) our place will not suit your needs and we respectfully request you seek other accommodations and consider us next time for your family or beach vacation. You’ll love our place because of the large space, the location, and the ambiance. Enjoy being within an easy walk to the beach and OOB attractions (~0.5 mile), all while having your own private place to escape to at the end of the day! Recently renovated and includes a washer and dryer, two kitchens, two family rooms, pool table, small yard, and 2500 square feet to spread out! Simple but clean beach-themed decor finish off this relaxing home. Our place is great for families (with kids), and groups as it sleeps 10 comfortably in the bedrooms and 4 more on the sofa sleepers in the upstairs living room. The house includes 3-4 off-street parking spaces with additional on-street parking if needed. There's also a small yard and back patio that includes a grassy area, seating area with picnic tables, and propane grill for your use. Due to owner and guest allergies, recent renovations, and the fully furnished nature of the house, we do have a strict no-pet policy. We welcome any additional questions you may have! Guest access Your group will have use of the entire private house and the yard. Other things to note -No parties allowed. This includes kegs, loud music, "drinking games", extra guests/visitors, etc. -All laws and ordinances must be followed, including the city quiet hours of 10pm-7am. -No smoking/vaping/e-cigs, etc. anywhere on the property or in the house, including marijuana products. -Due to owner and guest allergies, recent renovations, and the fully furnished nature of the house, we do have a strict no-pet policy.
