The Coach House is a period annex with modern facilities. Detached, with side door entrance leading into a lower floor open plan Kitchen/Lounge area with upstairs Bedroom /changing area with separate shower and toilet. Outside has rear patio and large Garden area. The fully enclosed Hot Tub (summer house) additional £40 fee on arrival - Special offer book of 2+ days (Oct25 to Dec25) = free hot tub. Nearby Twycross Zoo, Drayton Manor Park, Donnington Park, Alton Towers, Conkers, Calke Abbey etc. The space Detached private historic building that is spacious with a modern and clean open plan design over two floors. Very light and airy comfortable detached home. Main Space is for 2 guests All internal towels and linen are provided with complimentary soaps. Extra guests (+2 max) can be added to booking - (Extra guest bed - bedding is provided and a service fee will be applied @ booking for double bed settee in the lounge area. Gowns are provided for hot tub use (please bring your own towels & footwear(sliders) for hot tub area. Guest access Entrance is at the side with patio rear door the guests have private access at all times during their stay. Other things to note Check in from 3 p.m - on day of arrival Check out 10 a.m - on day of departure Hot tub use- 8.30am (3pm on arrival) to 11pm daily
