The Coach House is a period annex with 5* modern facilities. Detached & private, with side door entrance to lower floor with Kitchen/Lounge area with upstairs Bedroom /changing with separate shower and toilet. Outside patio. The Hot Tub (summer house) has additional one time £40 fee payable on arrival. Nearby Twycross Zoo, Drayton Manor Park, Donnington Park, Alton Towers, Conkers, Calke Abbey. Very close to 2 airports (Bham & Emids) plus all city facilities of Derby, Nottingham & Leicester The space Detached private historic building that is spacious with a modern and clean open plan design over two floors. Very light and airy comfortable detached home. Main Space is for 2 guests All internal towels and linen are provided with complimentary soaps. Extra guests (+2 max) can be added to booking - (Extra guest bed - bedding is provided and a service fee will be applied @ booking for double bed settee in the lounge area. There is a new Sony TV with Bluetooth soundbar…Google TV & Virgin Media on tap. Working desk can also be used (under stairs). Gowns are provided for hot tub use (please bring your own towels & footwear(sliders) for hot tub area. (Separate Hot tub fee on arrival). Guest access Entrance is at the side with patio rear door the guests have private access at all times during their stay. Other things to note Check in from 3 p.m - on day of arrival Check out 10 a.m - on day of departure Hot tub use- from 8.30am (3pm on arrival) to 11pm daily. We do make a one time £40 fee on arrival (regardless of stay length) or we can send Ab&b payment request.
