The space The Sunflower Room is a large airy bedroom on the 3rd floor east with one queen bed and private full bath. Claw foot tub and shower, original octagon floor tile, original woodwork and hardwood floors. Ceiling fan, black out curtains, strong wi-fi, central air and heat. Guest access Besides the guest room, guests have access to the sitting room on the third floor with recliners and a dining table along with the large living area on the first floor with television and games. There is a large wrap-around front porch and a huge partially fenced in front yard. Ice water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and fruit available 24/7 in the dining room. During your stay We reside on site and are always available to assist you. Other things to note Our cat Henry resides in the house. We keep him out of the guest rooms, but those with severe cat allergies may be uncomfortable. Our poodle puppy, Idgie is our newest family member.
