The apartment is in the quiet backyard with a large lawn, in the middle of the cozy Eimsbüttel with lots of cafes, small shops, near the hills. Breakfast in the garden, bedroom with 140 bed and a living room with comfortable 140 sofa bed. Fantastic summer apartment! The space I will have the apartment professionally cleaned prior to your arrival, in accordance with COVID-19 regulations, so you can feel safe and comfortable. Guest access There are good shopping opportunities in the immediate area: a vegetable shop directly on the right coming out of the courtyard, Budnikowski opposite, Penny, Rewe and Denn's within walking distance. Nice cafes and lunch table e.g. at Bacana, Limú, Tati's, in Weidenallee. Parking for unloading at Budnikowski, otherwise good opportunities in the High Weide. Parking garage at Alsenplatz. Other things to note The apartment is inhabited by me when I am not traveling for work, so there are personal belongings in the apartment. Not a classic apartment. Registration Details 32-0031651-23
