It's easy to forget you're in the city. 4 amazing decks overlooking the river, Master Bedroom with king size bed, private porch on river & private bathroom with big tub, 2 Guest rooms with Queen Beds, shared full bathroom. 3rd Floor Loft Den/Office w/ Futon, Great Room w/ Kitchen/Dining and big Couch. Recently updated. The space Casa Del Rio ..The perfect place to unwind in a relaxing retreat with views of the Cumberland River. Open the french doors, and watch the General Jackson or barges roll by. Dine on your deck and feel free to pick up a guitar and let this space where many songs were written sing to you. We hope that it will inspire the creativity of those who stay in it and you get a real taste of Music City while enjoying the quiet, natural beauty of Tennessee only minutes from all the action . The master bedroom includes king size bed and private bath as well as private porch overlooking River . 2 Guest rooms with queen beds and and adjoining bathroom . Third floor has futon & it’s own porch overlooking river . House has all the necesary amenities , private bathroom, dining area as well as third floor terrace and porch overlooking the river and office with futon couch. microwave, coffee pot, tea kettle(coffee, tea, sweeteners, creamer provided) plates, utensils, glasses, cups, knives, cutting board, salt and pepper, etc. Come on over to Casa del Rio..where you can relax and feel a world away on your vacation river retreat. ( Additional Studio with private entrance , Queen Bed / Full Bath & Porch on River hammock may be available for additional cost if available. We do have a CAT that goes in and out so if you’re allergic to cats this might not be your retreat house . Guest access Guest will have access to the large part of house with 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths , loft office with futon , living room kitchen and 3 porches for dining or relaxing . We also have an extra space a private studio with porch on river we Airbnb that if it is not booked is available . That space sleeps an additional two and has bathroom and shower. Studio has private entrance and private back porch. Other things to note Please no parties or events in the house. Much of the house and rooms have been recently updated. The large part of the house has master bedroom with king size bed and private bathroom with a big tub and private porch overlooking River , there are two additional bedrooms with queen size beds that share a bathroom. .There is also futon on 3rd floor and a large comfortable couches on 1st floor . This portion of the House has 1 full bathroom with shower to share for all , I full bath off master and 1 half bath in first floor There is a cat that will stay with the house. He is an indoor outdoor cat and sweet but can be a cat sometimes. Could comfortably sleep 8 -9( 2 in master , 2 in each of guest rooms , 2 in futon , and 2 on couches, ) PLUS studio with private entrance connected to house with queen bed , full bath and porch overlooking river with hammock may be available if not rented.
