Great Value in the City - Private Room 2 w/ view

Great value. Safe, quiet private room (w/ deadbolt on bedroom door) on the 2nd floor of a home. Shared washroom and kitchen. 10 minute walk from Bloor/Christie subway station. Transit at doorstep. 10 min drive to downtown. $10 with an Uber. Loblaws (grocery store) is across the street. Starbucks on the corner. You’ll love the cosiness, southern view of city & CN Tower, and the location in a family friendly neighbourhood. My place is good for solo adventurers. Street permit parking available. The space This bright, cozy room is on the second floor of our home in a separate suite. We live on the main floor in another suite. There are two bedrooms on the second floor, a washroom and a kitchen. Your bedroom has a deadbolt on the door (key provided for the duration of your stay), twin bed with linens, pillow and duvet. A desk with chair and a closet for your clothes. In the closet, we provide two bath towels for you. The curtains are blackout curtains if you want to keep out the sunlight. There is also a space heater should you need it. The kitchen is shared. It has a fridge, stove, and microwave. Stocked with basic essentials. The bathroom is shared and it has a lock on the inside. Towels are provided along with basic essentials. There is street parking, however; you need to pay for it. The price varies on day/time, etc. It is approx. $10.50 a night. You can go to the City of Toronto's Parking Permit website. From there it will take you to a secure website where you can pay for your parking and print out your parking pass -to be displayed on your windshield. Guest access You have access to the shared kitchen and bathroom. During your stay We like to give our guests space; however, we are always available if you need us.
