Located in center city (abbey, shops, services in a range of 150 meters), this house of 129m2 built in 1871 has been renovated with a Mediterranean spirit. On the 1st floor, 13 trees & laurel flowers are on the private terrace with a kitchnette, plus a balcony, 2 large bedrooms ( the 3rd one is at the 2nd floor ). They are separated from the living area so very quiet. The fully equipped kitchen, the 60m2 living room when using the sheltered patio, 1 bathroom, 1 restroom, are on the main floor The space The house is very well designed about the different spaces with an easy communication. The kitchen is with an open view. You can make the whole round (except the renovated attic) easily by entering the house, walking thru the living room, then the dining room in front of the kitchen, reaching the sheltered patio with its palm tree, orange tree, flowers, little pool and a garden table to enjoy a breakfast or more, climbing stairs to reach the terrace with its little fountain, another palm tree, lemon trees, mandarine tree, clementine tree, pear tree, apple tree, nectarine tree, peach tree apricot tree, cherry tree, strawberries, its summer kitchen before walking on the balcony to reach the first bedroom, passing in front of the bathroom and the master bedroom before descending the wooden stairs and being back to the living room. If fruits are rape, then enjoy them !... The Summer kitchen on the terrace is very well equipped with a small oven, 4 gas stoves, an electric grill, a BBQ, a little fridge and a table for 6.. Silverware is also present there. It's a perfect place to have lunch or dinner from May to September, sometimes more.. I consider the patio better for a breakfast at 2 or for a romantic dinner... Guest access Guests can access all the spaces but must respect the private area and my personal reserve of wines ... If arriving late, a little box is placed next to the main door, upper right side, and a code is given to pick up the key. Other things to note Due to sanitary measures caused by the previous pandemic, from now the bed linens are placed on the bed, usually in a plastic bag as all of them are cleaned by using a professional laundry service Let me know if you need towels.
