Beautiful, modern open plan fully equipped apartment with clean lines in quiet leafy greenbelt. Close to Umhlanga and La Lucia business districts, choice restaurants, Gateway and La Lucia Mall shopping centres, beaches, Umhlanga Hospital and Gateway Private Hospital. A stones throw from Crawford La Lucia schools and all local amenities. Beach 3km away. For our business guests, a 10GIG fiber line is available for efficiency. The space Whether you're looking for a place to lay your head, or just unwind, enjoy South Africa's warmest city or jet in and out on business; we welcome you to The Apartment. We're mostly around and always happy to assist you during your stay. Guest access Own private entrance with secure garage parking for two cars. A flight of stairs leads from garage to front door. Other things to note Owner pets on property, they however are kept separate from The Apartment behind a fence and locked gate. Please bring your own beach towels; I do request that our bath towels are not taken to the beach please. The patio is an exclusive space for guests with frosted glass ensuring privacy; the only privacy that is lacking is if you're smoking, which is prohibited on the property, and we smell the smoke from downstairs. Please don't smoke here. Please do though enjoy this awesome area to its maximum!
