Book, stay now and discover a home away from home The space About the Space This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom service apartment is perfect for 5 up to 10 guests, including children and infants. The master bedroom features a California king bed, comfortably accommodating 2 to 3 guests with its own private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed for 2 guests. Additional beds can be provided for an extra fee. Your Stay Includes: Complimentary amenities for 5 guests, including: One 8L gallon of water 5 Dental and bath kits 5 Towels 2 Tissue rolls 5 Pairs of slippers Fully air-conditioned rooms and living area High-speed Wi-Fi (up to 150 Mbps) Smart TV with free Netflix and YouTube Balcony access Cooking is allowed (please clean as you go) Complete kitchen utensils, induction cooker, electric kettle, rice cooker, and a double-door refrigerator Building Amenities & Reminders Swimming Pool: Free access for the first 3 guests. Additional fees apply for extra guests: ₱150 for adults and ₱80 for kids. The pool is closed every Tuesday for maintenance. Parking: ₱350 per slot per day. Parking is subject to availability and requires a reservation. Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Available upon request and subject to availability. A fee of ₱350 per hour applies. (After 10 persons if you wish to add more up to 20 guests fee will be 300 per head.) Visitors of guests can stay up to 11pm. Incase they stay 11PM onwards automatically charge as Overnight guest. ( 500 per person) Pets are allowed but with Fee of 400-500 per Fur Babies Strictly No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or on the balcony. Security Deposit 2,000 Upon Arrival Guest access Parking Parking is available on-site for ₱350 per slot, per day. Since slots are limited, reservations are required to secure your spot. Please let me know if you need parking, and I will confirm availability. Swimming Pool The swimming pool is open from 8 AM to 10 PM daily, except for Tuesdays, which are reserved for cleaning and maintenance. A maximum of 15 people, including children and infants, are allowed in the pool at one time. Pool access is free for the first 3 guests. Additional guests are charged a fee: Adults: ₱150 per person Kids: ₱80 per person Please message me in advance if you plan to use the pool so I can schedule a time for your group. For everyone's safety and comfort, please remember to: Shower before entering the pool. Wear proper swimming attire. Bring your own dry clothes and towels. Do not use the elevators while wet to prevent accidents. A penalty may apply for using the elevator with wet clothes. Please be aware that some guests have already been penalized for violating these rules. We highly recommend reading the complete rules and regulations posted in the swimming pool area. Other things to note  Before You Book, Please Note: Check-in time is at 2:00 - 3:00 PM and Check-out time is at 12:00 PM (noon). Our location is Centro Tower, 138 North Domingo St., Brgy. Kaunlaran, Quezon City. Please use the building pin for accurate navigation. A ₱2,000 security deposit is required upon your arrival. We welcome long-term inquiries for monthly and yearly stays. Our unit is strictly no smoking. Violators will be penalized, and we have ejected guests for this violation in the past. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
