Over the years it has been transformed into a beautiful living space in the country. The loft is an open-concept living area that boasts over 2000 sq ft of living space that gives you just the right amount of country and just the right amount of urban. You will have everything you need including a full stocked kitchen, dining area, comfortable living room with a fireplace and large flat screen SMART TV including Netflix, unlimited Wi-Fi, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, a washer and dryer and much more. This 4-season vacation destination offers peaceful walking trails for all seasons, bird watching, fishing, hiking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobile trails. Also, close by are the shores of beautiful Lake Huron, Cowbell Brewery just a minute down the road, The Blyth Festival Theatre and Stratford Festival Theatre; offering some of the best stage theatre in Canada, the annual Blyth Thresher Steam Show, The Old Mill shopping center, golf courses, spa resorts, shopping and a variety of dining options. The history of this property is something to enjoy! Previously an apple orchard, Blyth Brooke Orchards, the cottage was once a loading and holding shed for the apples! Over the years it has been transformed into a beautiful living space in the country! The cottage now holds unique features such as a large roll up door in the kitchen. When opened, it becomes a screened in dining area which provides a nice cool breeze in the summer. Please note that our space is 120 acres of grass, bush, trails, pond and farmland. The hosts may come onto the property at times unannounced to cut the grass, blow snow, or to do regular field farm maintenance. Guest access Our guests have access to our 120 acres of bush, trails, pond and farmland. Other things to note Our cottage is a 4-season rental. It is beautiful in all 4 seasons! During the summer months of June - August, there is a 7 night rental policy for full weeks only. Check in/Check outs only on Saturdays. All other months of the year are a 2-night minimum booking.
