Guest access ✅ Self check-in anytime after 3pm. 🔗 We'll give you a code for entry gate and front door. 🙈 You’ll most likely go the entire time without seeing us but we're available for assistance at your request to help with anything. Other things to note 🧑‍🍳 The kitchen doesn't have a stove. We do have an awesome double hot plate (it even boils water & acts like a legit stove top; complete w/ pots, pans, cooking utensils, seasoning) and a great BBQ grill. And also lots of amazing restaurants within walking distance. 💦 There isn't a washer and dryer for use at the home but there’s a laundromat 3.5 blocks away. 🦝 Garbage pick up is Monday morning and may be a bit loud on occasion. 🧳There's a security camera in the alley where you'll access the entry gate so please make sure that the number of people staying there is correct (there are no cameras in your private area/yard). 🔇 Please remember the 9pm quiet time. We live on the property (separate houses and you'll have a private fenced in entrance, yard and area) and our neighbors are really insistent on the 9pm quiet time. This even means hanging out and talking outside of the home (except when you're coming and going). 🗝️ Access to the entry gate of the property is via the alley. 💗 Our awesome housekeeper keeps the whole cleaning fee (plus a little more that we pay her on top of that). She spends 3-4 hours cleaning and does a great job (she's been working with our family for 15+ years and we love her). 🫧 We wash the duvet cover on the bed between every single guest. We actually have 3 sets and change them out between guests to ensure that it's clean every time (duvet covers at hotels freak us out so this is really important to us). 🧽 Every stay gets a brand new kitchen sponge still in the wrapper (used sponges are freaky 😀) 😍 You don't have to take out trash or wash dishes for check-out.
