It also consists of a kitchen, a comfy living room with a sofa bed, dining area, a bathroom, and a small terrace. The property is fully equipped and furnished as is let with the following: - 42' HD LCD Ti-vi with satellite service - Internet and WiFi - Refrigerator-freezer-ice maker - Washing machine - Electric oven - Kettle - Hair-dryer - Ironing Board/Iron - Air-conditioners - Fans - Heater (for bathroom and bedroom) Guest access Check in: from 15:00 to 20:00 Check out: before 10:00 (we can make an exception in some cases) You have entire house usage with all equipments. There is local market downstairs and a supermarket 300m away. There are also great Vietnamese and Asian restaurants in the surrounding area.
