Completely renovated 130 m2 farmhouse that can accommodate 10 people. The house is located near Malestroit in a locality, 20 minutes from Josselin and Rochefort-en-Terre and 30 minutes from Vannes. Come and discover the heart of Brittany by staying in a functional and comfortable gîte. The space From the house, you'll have a choice of several activities, such as hiking or cycling, to explore the Oust Valley along the Canal de Nantes à Brest via the towpath or by crossing the countryside along the Voie Verte. Fancy a kayak tour? We provide you with 1 kayak so you can paddle on the Oust (departure point right next to the cottage) and discover the unspoiled river that will take you to Malestroit and its charming historic center. Fishing enthusiasts will also find our place the perfect base for beautiful days out. There will also be many activities at the cottage thanks to the outdoor games we provide for you (soccer balls and goalposts, Breton shuffleboard, Molky, petanque balls, badminton rackets). And if your vacation plans are focused on peace and quiet, you will find all the tranquility you desire here: the house is located at the end of the road, in front of the dam, with the pleasant sound of the water. The garden overlooks the fields: set up your deck chair and relax! Inside, we have made every effort to ensure that the accommodation offers you space and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen, open to the living/dining room, will allow you to enjoy wonderful moments together. A master bedroom with bathroom (walk-in shower) is located on the main floor. The second master bedroom, with direct access to the other bathroom (walk-in shower and bathtub), is located upstairs. Two children's bedrooms with three beds each are also located upstairs. Each bedroom offers plenty of storage. A laundry room will make your stay easier: washing machine and dryer with unrestricted access. 2 bikes freely accessible. In the cottage, you will find a travel crib, a high chair, and a baby bathtub. Bed linen and bath towels are not provided as standard but can be rented. Electric vehicle charging: If you would like to charge your electric vehicle during your stay, please let us know in advance. You will be asked to pay a fee at the end of your stay based on the Linky meter reading. Guest access A parking area has been made on the side of the house. Other things to note - Please note! Sheets and towels are not provided, but they can be rented (8 EUR per person).
