Completely renovated 130 m2 farmhouse that can accommodate 10 people. The house is located near Malestroit in a locality, 20 minutes from Josselin and Rochefort-en-Terre and 30 minutes from Vannes. Come and discover the heart of Brittany by staying in a functional and comfortable gîte. The space From the house, you can choose from several activities such as hiking or cycling to discover the Oust Valley along the Nantes Canal to Brest by the towpath or crossing the countryside along the greenway. Want to go kayaking? We provide you with 1 kayak to paddle on the Oust (departure right next to the cottage) and discover the wild river that will take you to Malestroit and its charming historic center. Fishing enthusiasts will also find us to be a perfect base for beautiful days. There will also be many activities at the cottage thanks to the outdoor games that we make available to you (soccer balls and goal cages, Breton shuffleboard, Molky, pétanque balls, badminton rackets, darts...). And if your vacation project was focused on tranquility and peace, you will find with us all the calm you aspire to: the house is located at the end of the road, in front of the dam and its pleasant sound of water. The garden overlooks the fields: put down your deckchair and relax! Inside, we've done everything we can to make sure the place offers you space and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living/dining room, allowing you to spend wonderful moments of sharing. A master bedroom with bathroom (walk-in shower) is on the ground floor. The second master bedroom with direct access to the other bathroom (walk-in shower and bathtub) is upstairs. 2 children's bedrooms with 3 beds are also upstairs. Each bedroom offers plenty of storage space. A laundry room will make your stay easier: free access to washing machine and dryer. 2 bikes with free access. In the cottage you will find a baby crib, high chair and baby bath. Bed linen and towels are not provided as standard but can be rented. Guest access A parking area has been made on the side of the house. Other things to note Please note that sheets and towels are not provided but rental is possible (8 euro per person).
