Located a short walk from the train station near to bustling Brook street with its quirky shops and restaurants and just a further 5 minute walk from Chesters historic Roman walls. Walk along the banks of the beautiful River Dee with its cafes, artists and river cruises. The space Make yourself at home in our comfortable lounge, with wifi and satellite television. You have full use of the fully equipped kitchen, 4 ringed gas hob, gas oven and grill, washing machine and dishwasher. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower cubicle, with an additional downstairs toilet. There are three newly decorated bedrooms, one king sized bed, one double and one single, all with new memory foam and pocket sprung mattresses, towels and bedding are provided. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge There is a small outside garden area with table and chairs which gets the sun in the morning. Guest access This central location requires parking by permit only between the hours of 0800 and 1800, Monday to Saturday. A daily permit for on road parking will be provided for one car for the length of your stay. The car park in front of the property is for residents only with permits displayed on the windscreen and is enforced by wardens with cameras. Unless with prior arrangement, check in is from 16:00 on the day of arrival and checkout is by 10.30 on the day of departure. Access is across the car park in front of the property, just look for the red front door. The exterior front of the property is monitored by the host using a security camera for added safety and peace of mind. Only paid for guests are allowed to stay overnight, any non paid visitors must leave the property by 11pm. Other things to note Weekend policy for Friday and Saturday night: Less than 3 people, minimum charge is £110 The property will be deeply cleaned and aired between bookings.
