Cottage in Winston-Salem

Artist house with many interesting architectural details. I think you will like my space if you like quiet, an amazing bed, and a host that will give you all the space you need. Private bedroom, but bathroom occasionally could be shared if the other room is booked. Please feel free to use the kitchen for light cooking! I am earth-friendly and diverse cultures are welcome. Short-term guest - DYO breakfast/ I will provide breakfast items upon request. Scones, bagels, eggs, other? Coffee/tea The space Bedrooms have large spaces between them assuring privacy. Enjoy the screened porch off the kitchen - a wooded area over a creek with lots of birds. Guest access Guest have a bonus den that occasionally would be shared if both bedrooms are booked at the same time. Hardly ever used! During your stay I may or may not be there upon your arrival but I will leave the key in the keypad. I will leave you on your own but don't hesitate to ask if you need directions or assistance. I will give you all the space you need or we can socialize. Other things to note I am a painter and I use oil paint in the basement studio in case of sensitivities. Close to the downtown arts district, 10 minutes to Wake Forest, Winston Salem State, UNCSA, 5 minutes from Hanes Mall, Reynolda Village and Old Salem are 8-10 minutes away. I teach during the school year so keeping noise to a minimum is very important! No noise or lights downstairs (kitchen) on weeknights, say, after 9-9:30 (Sunday - Thursday! 20 mph speed zone strictly enforced.
