Peaceful Room (close to ASU)

Dave and my place is close to ASU, downtown, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and is in a very central, yet private neighborhood. You’ll love our place because of the sweet, quiet room , and the great outdoor space next to creek. .Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Please note we do not accept check ins after 10pm. Also we have a sweet dog who sometimes barks. the . shared bathroom with the other airbnb room, shared entrance. The space The space is a simple, sweet, inexpensive, cozy room. The neighborhood is safe and just a few steps from the Greenway. (The Greenway is a great place to walk, hike and bike.) It is a shared house. Two professionals live here, if you like the adventure of meeting new people or even if you prefer just having a place to sleep while you do your thing at ASU, the ski mountains, or the many wonderful things the high country offers this is a good environment to be in. Guest access The front door leads directly to your room. You can use the main bathroom, bathtub and shower. The large living room has a fireplace and lots of open space if you do yoga or chigong... During your stay Jasmine and Dave are available if you need any help or ideas of things to do in the area. We also have great neighbors who help us when we are away. Other things to note Need another bed? We have two rooms available in our home (other room is named “Magical/Serene Room) We can also provide an air mattress in your room at no extra cost. *Please let us know at least 1 day in advance though, so we can have time to prep your room. We do ask for a $10 extra pet fee (cash only). We notice that we do have to have more steam cleaning done when we have had a number of paws running about.
