The sparkling house!

Bring the whole family or friends to this great place with lots of room for fun. Come and discover the Champagne vineyard enriched with its unmissable cellars, Champagne houses of big names and exceptional small winegrowers. Find your ideal vintage and enjoy tasting it on the warm wooden terrace, accompanied by dishes that I can recommend (grilled meats, charcuterie/cheese platter, etc.)! Wine lover? I organize custom tastings! The space Open the street door and discover our atypical, recently renovated house in this pretty common courtyard. It has a charming wooden terrace where you can enjoy relaxing in a hanging chair, an aperitif area with garden furniture and a convivial area with a large square table. From the terrace, you can experience the rhythm of the harvest and discover the atmosphere of this unique and intense period with the Ay wine cooperative. Once in the house, make yourself comfortable and settle into the large sofa and relax in front of a Netflix movie or series. Enjoy the atmosphere dimmed by LED lighting! You will appreciate the open space in the kitchen with a central island and a large countertop for your cooking workshops. Relax in the charming bathroom with 2.10 m walk-in shower and a corner bathtub for a cozier evening. You will also find a separate toilet that will be perfect for privacy! Upstairs, for the lucky ones, relax in the master suite with a queen size bed giving access to a walk-in shower and sink as well as a large dressing room for your different outfits including the "I'll take this just in case!!" You can also count sheep in two other bedrooms with double bed and dressing room or wardrobe. You can also isolate yourself in the bathroom on this floor! Finally, children can create their world on the top floor, in a bedroom with 2 single beds. We're almost done with the house tour! A last room in the basement that will have the function of your desires: laundry room (equipped with a washing machine with the necessary products in case of forgetfulness, clothes hanger) or game room (small ping pong table and small foosball table, darts game, board games) Enjoy your stay with us!!
