Artist's studio in a former village bar

The 30 m2 studio of "L'épicerie" (artist and researcher residence) is located in Saint-Antonin-de-Lacalm, 25 min from Albi, close to Lake Bancalié (3 km), Arifat waterfalls and many other pretty places. It's a great place to sit quietly, unwind, write or go on many walks. Please note: large double bed and a child's extra bed (and an umbrella bed if needed on request) Possible couple and children The space The studio was made in the old village bar. Small equipped kitchenette (small gas stove with oven, small fridge, dishes...), bathroom, sleeping area with a large double bed (and an extra bed and an umbrella bed if necessary on request), living room-office area, no TV... but 1 library available as well as our large garden with plancha...
