Dear travelers, Welcome to our countryside! With our accommodation, we want to bring you closer to beautiful Upper Austria. Whether family vacation, active vacation or to recharge, in our beautiful apartment you can share these experiences with your loved ones. The space Our two-family house has become too big for us, so we would like to invite you to stay with us. The apartment on the second floor is accessible through a shared entrance area, but separated from the rest of the house by a separate door. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, a large living room in which the kitchen, dining area and living room are located. In addition, the apartment has a balcony, parking for up to 2 cars and a storage room for bicycles. The Kremstal offers great activities in both winter and summer thanks to its favorable location. Whether it's the all-round Spital am Phyrn ski resort, the many hiking opportunities through the mountains or refreshment in the most beautiful lakes in Upper Austria, all this is within easy reach. The special thing about our place is that it is in the countryside, but also directly in the district. Thus, there are many shopping opportunities, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and more in the area! Thanks to completely new, lovingly thought-out and cozy furnishings, the feel-good factor should be very high with us. It's best to come and see for yourself :) Per person per night, the local tax of €2.40 must be paid on site.
