Rita's on the sea house

My little house is about 30 meters from the sea, Località di Orri, Foxi Lioni, surrounded by the garden, where you can relax with loungers on the lawn in the middle of the olive trees. The parking is private, in the garden. The house is equipped with mosquito nets in all windows and front door. Air conditioning is available, subject to agreement on duration and times. My place is good for couples, and they're traveling for work or pleasure. The garden comes with an outdoor shower and a small barbecue. Wifi available. The space The house has a garden, a veranda with table and chairs, private parking and grill. The beach is located just 30 meters away, you can access it directly from a gate available to the guest only. The tranquility of the surrounding environment makes it perfect for a romantic stay for a couple who can enjoy the sea and beach in tranquility. It is an intimate cottage, with an open space kitchen with table and chairs, equipped with a fridge, oven, juicer and blender. A charcoal barbecue is available for fun in the outdoor kitchen. A double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, along with a hairdryer, sheets, towels with weekly change. In the garden for the exclusive use of guests only, there are two deck chairs only to enjoy outdoors, perhaps reading a book safely. Guest access The garden around the house, veranda and barbecue are available for guests to use. Parking is directly next to the house, a remote control for the two automatic gates will be given to the guest upon arrival. Other things to note Unfortunately, the water is not drinkable in the entire area, but I will provide two 15-liter drinking water tanks, available for the kitchen. The village is located just 6km away, with typical shops and markets where you can buy all kinds of necessities. I am available for tips on where to find typical products and where to go and what to see in the entire Ogliastra area.
