This is a fantastic apartment perfect for families or groups with incredible views of La Concha Bay. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 dining rooms and a living room with a terrace. It is located just 100 meters from the beach and, from here, you can walk around the entire city. The space The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator. There are no stairs from the street to the elevator. It has a bedroom with a double bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a large dressing room. Another bedroom with two twin beds and another bathroom in the hallway. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen: capsule coffee machine, oven, microwave, 2-door refrigerator, washer and dryer. The kitchen has an adjoining dining room and a terrace, perfect for drying clothes for example. The rest of the rooms have full views of La Concha Bay: a TV room, a dining room for 8 people, a living room with a sofa facing the bay, and a terrace ideal for enjoying the views. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note - There are no stairs from the street to the elevator. - Guests can also use the private parking, which is 100 meters away in another building. In San Sebastián you have to pay to park on the street and public parking costs about €30 per day, the cost of this parking space is included in the price. Very large and long vehicles such as vans (e.g. Mercedes Vito), or executive cars (e.g. Audi A6) do not fit in our parking space.
