Zion N.P.--40 miles. Red Cliffs Reserve--10 mins. Quail & Sand Hollow lakes--15 mins. Walmart, Costco and restaurants--5 mins. Patio door opens up to a grassy park and play set. Private chairs and gas grill for outdoor relaxation. Short walk to hiking trails, Pickleball and Hot Springs playground/park. The space Our townhouse is fully furnished. All three bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with tub/shower, queen bed, sofa and desk, TV w/Roku and DVD. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom with tub/shower and one is also furnished with a TV w/Roku and DVD. The main floor living room has a leather couch and love seat, and comfy chair, coffee table and entertainment cabinet along with a flat screen TV w/Roku and DVD player. Our place supplies board games, puzzles, toys, books, Roku has access to Disney+ and Amazon TV and an HDTV antenna for local channel access...Cable TV is not provided. On the main floor is a half-bath and well-stocked full-sized kitchen with granite counters, Xl refrigerator with front water/ice maker dispenser, glass top/self cleaning range, microwave and dishwasher. Includes a table w/four chairs, an island w/two bar stools, a pot-rack with a large variety of pots, pans and cookware, waffle-maker, blender, Keurig, Mr. Coffee maker, toaster, knives and serving ware for more than 8. Guest access Our guests enjoy access to three bedrooms and three bathrooms, washer and dryer facilities, family room, dining and kitchen area and entry closet, back patio on grassy area with chairs and propane and charcoal grills with BBQ utensils and lighters provided (bring charcoal and plan to add propane to tank if needed). Community playground located outside the back door is open year round. Seasonal access is provided to the two community pools (Mid-April thru October) located a short walk away. The unit is stocked with six pool towels and a variety or pool floats and toys. A variety of games, puzzles, books for all ages and children’s toys are provided. High chair and playpen available upon request. Broom, mop, vacuum, cleaning supplies, ironing board, iron and steamer provided. The townhouse is privately/fully accessible except for three locked supply closets and the locked adjacent garage. One Doorbell camera is located outside on the front exterior door for added security. Guests can choose to have this camera active or deactivated during their stay. Other things to note Parking spaces available for two cars only. One parking spot is located in the single car driveway connected to the front of the townhouse. The driveway spot provides direct visual access to your vehicle. Please do not hit the garage door with bumpers/hitches/bike racks when backing in as the driveway is on a slope and not very long. There is parking for one additional car in the nearby parking lots. Do not park anywhere on the sides of the community streets. The HOA patrols may tow your vehicle or implement fines, which will have to be reimbursed through your deposit.
