Romantic house by the sea for two

"De zeeplaats" is a romantic cottage for 2 people, just 3 minutes from the sea and the wide beach. The cottage is placed in the small town, but is not yet visible. A small, lovingly furnished retreat. The space For all of my life, I dreamt of a dutch house by the sea. One day, this dream came true and after months of renovation and decoration, it turned into what it is today: a small, lovely and cosy place by the sea for two: „de zeeplaats“. The house "grows" and every year something new is added: in 2017 a beautiful wooden floor, double glass windows, a new shed, in 2018 a new kitchen with selected materials and custom-made, a new comfort mattress 160 x 200 m for the bedroom. "De zeeplaats" is not a "holiday home object" and therefore not equipped with cheap furniture and things that are easy to exchange. It is my 'favorite place', which I would like to share at times, with people who also seek relaxation, peace and strength there and would like to be respectful in dealing with the things there. Welcome is who appreciates the value of the cottage (price / performance). In the price is included a beach cottage that I rent for a saison between the 1st of May and the 15th of September. The beach cottage is located on the most beautiful and widest stretch of beach of Zoutelande. (About 12 minutes walk or 7 minutes by bike) The beach cabin is equipped with 2 sun loungers, a table, a windbreak (can be attached as a sun roof) and in addition a small parasol. Some more details about the house and equipment: .a fully equipped kitchen with integrated living and dining area (gas stove with electric oven) . a Bose Soundbox .a "slaapzolder" with a bed in the size of 160 x 200 cm .a shower with a small basin and a small separate WC .a small „parlor“ with a sofa and TV, books, CD player and exit to the sun terrace .Internet / WiFi .a sunside terrace .a second terrace in front of the house .a hair dryer .a hammock .a meditation cushion .a Nespresso machine (and in addition a "normal" for filter coffee and french press. The sea is just a 3 min walk away. Here you´ll find a beautiful white sandy beach, perfect for sunbathing, relaxing, long walks or having a coffee or beer in one of the beach restaurants. Turn right for the lounge style ones, and left for the more traditional dutch style ones. „de zeeplaats“ is situated within the small town of Zoutelande, close to an old windmill. It is a quiet hideway, not visible from the street. Domburg is only 10km away and also the picturesque town if Middleburg is close by. Zoutelande by the way is the sunniest place in the Netherlands with over 160 sunny days per year (average). additional offers: Bicycles: 2 bikes can be rented - both for 70 euros per week/80 Euros for 10 days (current bicycle rental prices in the village are currently 120 euros per week for 2 comparable bicycles) Notes: This is "No smoking house" Unfortunately, dogs or other pets are not allowed due to allergies... and please only request for 1-2 people.
