Guest access The loft is located at the back portion of the house away from the street. There is a large courtyard, outdoor seating under a covered porch and a ripe to the brim fig tree in season. There is a laundry room off the courtyard with a washer and brand new dryer - steam option available for work clothing. Close access to Trader Joe's, Fred Meyer and most banks within 5 minutes. Other things to note It’s best to have a car for this location, or plan to use Lyft or Uber. Wonderful restaurants in the funky Southeast neighborhood within 10 minutes.
