The space The house is located in a residential setting in the heart of a centuries-old olive grove in Selva, along a gentle slope that offers a wonderful view of the sea – 150 m away as the crow flies – and, in particular, of the marina. Located about 2 km from the center of Finale Ligure towards Varigotti, it can be reached both from Strada delle Manie (upstream) and Via Aurelia (seafront). There is also a comfortable swimming pool, equipped with sun loungers and an umbrella, which can be used from May to October. Ideal place for lovers of relaxation and nature as well as for those who want a convenient reference point for practicing the countless outdoor sports that the Finale area offers (cycling, climbing, mountain biking, downhill, trekking, horseback riding, paragliding, sailing, windsurfing, scuba diving, etc.).
