ONCE WE FIND OUT $1000 FINE WILL APPLY AND YOU MUST LEAVE THE HOUSE BECAUSE OF VIOLATING THE RULES. IF YOU THINK YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FOLLOW THE RULES PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OUR HOUSE. THIS PLACE IS LOCATED IN A VERY QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD AND NO ONE WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR LOUDNESS!!! We are welcoming families and respectful adults only No DRUGS, no WAPPING, No PETS, No YOUTH LOUD PARTIES ( upon discovery the guests will be reported immediately ) QUIET HOURS START FROM 10 PM. 10 minutes away from Lake Gregory, 2 minutes away from Grass Valley Lake and Golf coarse. Big Bear lake and Ski resorts are 30-50minutes from the cabin. We are 8 minutes from Sky Park and Santa’s Village, 7 minutes from Arrowhead Village where you can find lots of fun, restaurants and do your shopping. Perfect location for every season. Seasonal decorations are provided. Make your fall/winter VACATION special in our LAKE ARROWHEAD cabin with your family Main Level- 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, Fully equipped kitchen, living room with Dinning area, large dinning table . wood fireplace, new couches, the deck has a BBQ grill additional seating areas throughout. Upstairs- Master bedroom with Masterful Cal King Bed, comfortable couch and large walk in closet. 2 showered full bathroom, private deck. On the landing you find a bookcase with books, chess table with comfortable chairs facing the fireplace bellow. This is the perfect place to cozy up with a good read or chess game. Downstairs- 2 game rooms with all the comforts- pool table, poker table , wine rack corner, small refrigerator, ping pong table, full size ski ball machine, PlayStation, popcorn machine, board games , projector and futon. Large led tv with WiFi, Netflix , Amazon Prime video, Hulu in the living and pool table area There are a few sitting places outside in the yard to share good wine, morning coffee or a romantic dinner. Children have to be under supervision while they are on the decks or using the stairs. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Guest access The whole house is available for visiting guest with the exception of a few locked cabinets, a closet and the buildup spaces under the house. Other things to note ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING No pets Including SERVICE ANIMALS There will be additional fees if this policy is violated $2000 Children should be under the constant supervision of a responsible adult due to the elevated decks and stairways . For your safety and security we have cameras placed at entrances. Additional guests without prior authorization from host are not permitted. You must give an accurate head count when booking. If you fail to disclose the correct number we will keep the $50 dollars per extra guest from your security deposit . For your own safety we do not recommend using the driveway, it is steep, don’t park in the steep driveway, on the entrance there is a space for 3 cars to park. Early check in and late check out is possible with a fee if there is no group leaving or arriving on the same day. No parties at any time, no music, loud talk after 10 pm.
