Despite the central location, you will live in a quiet neighborhood and experience relaxing holidays in a wonderful oasis of relaxation. Even in bad weather, there are many tempting leisure opportunities practically on the doorstep: the Syltness Center or the Sylter Welle leisure pool invite you to take an individual break. The cozy apartment has been completely renovated and offers a special kind of living experience with the highest quality materials and casual luxury. In the open, modern and very high-quality fitted kitchen, you can comfortably prepare your delicacies at home. A large terrace adjacent to the living room with a table, upholstered sofa, two armchairs and a cozy beach chair invites you to start the day with a sunny outdoor breakfast. Sweet dreams are guaranteed in the modern, bright bedroom with a comfortable box spring bed. This modern apartment is located on the raised ground floor, is oriented to the rear and is quietly located. Hello dear guests! Additional important information - PLEASE READ Upon arrival, the beds are freshly made for you and you will receive one linen package with bed linens, bath towels, hand towels and dish towels. The costs for this are €35 per person and must be paid separately when booking. Check-in from 3 pm on the day of booking, check-out by 11 am. It is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are NOT allowed. A spa tax per person per day is payable to the municipality: - in the period from 05/01 to 10/31 in the amount of €3.70 - in the period from 11/01 to 04/30 in the amount of €1.85 We will charge you the visitor's tax per person/day with your booking and pay it directly to the municipality. The visitor's tax, as well as the linen package, cannot be settled via Airbnb. Therefore, these costs must be transferred separately when booking. To issue your visitor's cards, we need the first and last names and addresses of each guest. You will receive the visitor's cards by mail before your arrival.
