The space Residential area with 3 buildings where 13 suites with air conditioning, television, bedding and bath are distributed, which can accommodate up to 32 people, living room, dining area, equipped kitchens and laundry with washing machines/dryer and iron. Leisure area with pool, barbecue, kitchens with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, industrial stove, bar with brewery, 24h ice machine, 4 external bathrooms. A private beach with a boat bunker, stand-up paddle, kayak and boat. Speedboats for rentals with amazing tour options around the region. Other things to note The house is amazing, you can host your family and friends quietly, so that they enjoy charming days in this paradise place, with leisure area and wonderful tours, we also have the option of boat rental with sailor to get to know the region. Our employees are working during the period of their lease employees who are taking care of the house daily, 3 are with the internal cleaning of the house and the other 3 from the outside, taking care of the day-to-day chores and the routine of the house, making and serving breakfast, arranging the rooms with someone responsible for the lease accompanying, cleaning and organizing common areas of the house, organizing and taking care of the pool and beach. We only have no staff available for food preparation and kitchen cleaning, for these functions we usually appoint professionals who can be hired, chef and kitchen assistants to cook and clean.
