The space Residential area with 3 buildings where 13 suites are distributed with air conditioning, television, bed and bath linens, which can accommodate up to 32 people, living room, dining area, equipped kitchens and laundry with washing/drying machines and iron. Leisure area with swimming pool, barbecue, kitchens with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, industrial stove, bar with brewery, 24-hour ice machine, 4 external bathrooms. A private beach with a wharf for boats, stand-up paddle, kayak and boat. Motorboats for rent with incredible tour options in the area. Other things to note The house is amazing, you can host your family and friends comfortably, so that they can enjoy enchanting days in this paradisiacal place, with a leisure area and wonderful tours. We also have the option of renting a speedboat with a sailor to get to know the region. Our employees work during the rental period, taking care of the house daily, 3 are in charge of the internal cleaning of the house and the other 3 of the external, taking care of the day-to-day chores and the routine of the house, making and serving breakfast, tidying the rooms with someone responsible for the rental accompanying, cleaning and organizing common areas of the house, organizing and taking care of the pool and beach. We just don't have staff available for food preparation and kitchen cleaning. For these functions, we usually recommend professionals who can be hired, such as a chef and assistants for cooking and cleaning.
